I have to go home. I have a time-sensitive lettuce situation, you know.


As of 3 o’clock this afternoon, my first attempt to grow my own food has commenced. An occasion worthy of insisting that my team meet an hour earlier so as to not waste any daylight for this most important of projects. Here are the first images of this groundbreaking endeavor in urban vegetable gardening (I can tell this is really going to make me a trend-setter!).

  1. i love it! i didn’t know you were doing this. soak in cold water with vinegar for about half an hour to ensure no “slimy critters.” that’s what we did at jubilee anyway… only once did i hear about a moving piece of dressing roaming across the plate :-)
